Young artists

Here are some photos from this evening. The girls are so goofy at times. I'm very thankful that Israella took a 3 1/2 hour nap and Yahaira at least rested for 2 hours. She really should have slept because I can tell her body needs the sleep from being sick and our late nights lately, but she was determined not to sleep.

We went to the drive-in last night and watched The Avengers. It was a good movie. There was no nudity (except when the Hulk fell out of the sky but nothing was shown). There were no sex scenes and hardly any flaunting of body parts. The only reason it was PG-13 was the violence, but even then it's super-heroes fighting aliens. There's really no blood or gore either.

 Here they are painting away. Israella asked to paint Strawberry (Shortcake) yesterday and I told her we'd have to do it later. Well, after dinner I figured it was a perfect time to break out the watercolors and let them go wild. Yahaira made her own watercolor landscape painting.
