Israella started swimming lessons yesterday. She seemed to have a wonderful time. It is so hard to get her to do things. She is definitely a middle child and seems to be stuck in the shadow of her big sister. We try and try and try to get her to try new things, but she usually says, "No, Yahaira does that (whatever it is we are trying to get her to do)." So I signed her up for swimming lessons and told her she didn't have a choice. Well, all weekend long she kept saying how she DOES NOT want to do swimming lessons. But low and behold, come Monday morning, when she was in the pool, she was all smiles and sunshine. She is a little fish. We go swimming at the apartment nearly every day, and she just jumps on in the pool and swims underwater and all. I'm so thankful she has found something she likes to do other than sitting on her butt.
