For dinner tonight it was yummy lamb burgers. Of course I didn't have a recipe to follow, but just like my awesome burgers, some things just happen out of inspiration.
I took our $8 per pound ground lamb (that's why we don't buy lamb) and added chopped fresh rosemary, chopped onion, some salt and pepper and a dash of white wine vinegar.
I mixed it all and formed it into patties.
Next came the skillet:
Once cooked I served it with a side of new potatoes tossed in organic canola oil and fresh dill.
The pictures aren't so pretty. Hey, I was in a rush just to get dinner on the table. Maybe I'll plan things out ahead of time so then I'll have time to take some half way decent pictures.
