Today was H-O-T hot!
We went to the playground before our chiropractor appointment and it was almost unbearable. So once home from piano lessons we jumped into the swim suits and climbed into the pool.

Afterwards we all went to the park so Daniel could run and the girls could play. The gnats were out in force (but Israella did pet a dying beetle) and Daniel's leg started to hurt after one lap (3.3 miles) so instead of doing the planned 2 laps we headed for the car and ate some homemade ice cream (Israella) and leftover frozen frappucino (Yahaira).
