Our healthy eating for the past week:
Beef stroganoff (Amanda version, aka what do we have in the fridge) |
Roasted chicken with corn, sweet potatoes and brown rice |
Then from the leftovers we made chicken fried rice |
Last night it was brined chicken with salad and grapes |
Leftovers became chicken tacos for lunch (and will become baked chicken pasta for dinner) |
And of course, food is not cheap. Every time I go to the grocery store I can't seem to come out of there without spending at least $70!
$81 worth of food (and toiletries). |
