Home Sweet Home

So we have a contract on a house!:) We are excited. This is an investment purchase because we don't plan on selling the place when we leave the area. The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 bath. It has a nice fenced in yard with a swing set for the girls. It was built in 1999, not 1900! That translates to no major remodeling:) Well, we will post pictures when we take some of the place. You are all more than welcome to come visit us!
