Daniel is on the Fixed Wing Multi-Engine Qualification Course list! He was chosen for one of the 40 spots, out of a group of over 400 applicants!

I can't even begin to explain how excited I am for him (and our family). This means that we're probably AFL, but if it makes my husband happy, I'm not complaining. I got to video chat with Daniel via Skype this evening. He told me that the results were posted finally. He had been told earlier last month that he was picked up for the course, but didn't truly believe it (jealous nay-sayers are discouragers) until he actually saw the list. The joy that was radiating off his face made my heart melt. Such excitement is so contagious and spreads so fast, even from thousands of miles away.

Things are such an adventure at times.

I'm trying to just roll with what God gives us and not try to force my will (because seriously, who's a match for the Almighty Creator anyway?!)
