Keeping Busy

Sorry that this update is long overdue. We have been staying busy around here. Israella is 6 weeks old today! Time truly does slip away from you the older you get, not that I'm old or anything. I remember being a kid and thinking that summer seemed to take forever to arrive, and now I can't seem to slow time down and cherish my babies being babies. Israella is over 13 pounds, I would say she's getting close to 14 pounds now, and she has the chubbiest cheeks and thighs...as you will notice in the following pictures. We have begun fostering again, and we've got cheery 2 year old Z staying with us right now. She's quite attached to Daniel, which is adorable.

Yahaira's photo skills. She's got some talent, so we are seriously considering buying her her own digital camera. She has a kid's one, but these pictures she took with our camera. She knows how to work the thing, and she's very gentle with it too. STOP GROWING UP YAHAIRA!

On Sunday we had a baby shower for our Pastor's wife. We played a few games, at some food and had an excellent Bible devotion on children.

Shelley opening the best baby shower present ever! (Not just because it was from Cheryl and me). But because it was the softest, cutest yarn that will be made into some adorably cute baby blanket (or other baby item(s))
