Our Only May Amelia

I discovered the books on audio section of the children's library here in town.

I saw Our Only May Amelia on CD, which we have in paperback, and checked it out.

We thoroughly enjoyed listening to the book being read (and it saved my throat from hurting by reading it all out loud to the girls). We even sat in the car to listen to the end of a chapter a few times. It is awesome to see Yahaira listen so intently to chapter books. She retains so much information. She asks questions about different words she hears (and doesn't understand the meanings) and about the plot as well.

She loves loves loves to be read to.
