WORKOUT IN!

Yep, you just have to decide that you are sick of being fat. Then cut out the junk food and fast food. Replace it with A LOT (you cannot OD on this stuff), A LOT of fresh fruits and vegetables with smaller portions of lean meats. Seriously, have you ever heard of anyone being obese from eating too many carrots and spinach?! In addition to your healthy eating, start exercising on a regular basis (like daily or at least biweekly!). Daniel went from being fat and obese to a lean mean running machine. A 5K is a joke to him now, where as before he was struggling to finish his 2 mile run.

Being "skinny" is a lifestyle choice. Big boned, small boned and everything in between can be fit and healthy if you, yes you!, choose to change the way you eat, drink, sleep and exercise.

There is NO magic pill.
There never will be.
It takes sacrifice (at first) but once it becomes a lifestyle, your body will let you know when you put junk into it (because you'll be feeling the consequences of your choices-yuck), and you just won't want the stuff you used to as much.
