Hearty Mexican Eggs for breakfast

This is a breakfast that will start your day off right!

Mexican anyone?

To make this delicious meal just...

1. Crack some eggs into an iron skillet, let cook for a bit then stir around to mix the yokes and egg whites.
2. Cook to preferred firmness.
3. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of cumin.
4. Mix chopped tomatoes, green onions and cilantro with the eggs.
5. Place some avocados on the side with some warm tortillas (or not, but why would anyone skip them)
