Mexican anyone?
To make this delicious meal just...
- Crack some eggs into an iron skillet, let cook for a bit then stir around to mix the yokes and egg whites.
- Cook to preferred firmness.
- Season with salt, pepper and a dash of cumin.
- Mix chopped tomatoes, green onions and cilantro with the eggs.
- Place some avocados on the side with some warm tortillas (or not, but why would anyone skip them)
- Bien provecho!
