Inspired

So I was talking with my sister, Bethany, yesterday and she commented that she made pico the other day. So in true copy-cat fashion I made some of our own this morning:

1 tomato chopped up

1/2 onion finely diced

1 jalapeno (seeds and all) finely diced

1 clove garlic finely diced

juice from 1 lemon

pinch of salt

a little water to top it off

*Put everything into a bottle, close the lid and shake away:)
