Here are some pictures from the past few days. Yahaira wanted to have me do her hair, and then her do my hair. I only have pictures of how hers turned out. However, I did happily sport her hair do all day the other day ago.
Here is what you can make out of a sweatshirt bought from the thrift store:
Remove the sleeves |
cut the neck line and fold down to fit the child's waist. |
Sew in some elastic and a ribbon if desired. |
Now after doing this and learning as I go, I would suggest cutting all the seams and resewing the side seams to fit your child better.
