Beautifying

Well, I have a few updates. First, I got a call from my midwife saying that my huge blood clot has decrease in size substantially, YEA! PRAISE GOD! Also, I bought our plane tickets to Turks and Caicos. They cost $1,542 total for all 3 of us (yes, Yahaira is a full fare ticket now), but that's not too bad. We are flying direct out of JFK and then direct back into JFK. Now I just need to decide how we are going to get to NYC...we could fly, drive or take the train. I've still got time to figure that out though:) Another big exciting update is that Daniel will be home in 1 1/2 months!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait! I miss him so much, as does Yahaira.

Speaking of Yahaira, she gets to go to a pizza party at the library today because she "read" books for the summer reading program. I think that it will be fun.

I got a huge spurt of energy yesterday and decided to dig up my front flower bed. I took the plants that had been planted back in May out and put them into pots that I had gotten on clearance. I then went and bought 3 mums (2 pinkish and 1 purple...Yahaira's picks) and planted them in front of the bushes we have. My next step is to buy blocks for a new retaining wall (what we had before was ugly) and then build it. It's probably only going to be 3 stones high, but I think that it will turn out great.

Oh, and I get to go pick up my glass for the console today...then it will be all done:) I'll be sure to buy batteries and post pictures some time SOON!
